Oneg Shabbat - Friday, September 28 in the Ansche Chesed Sukkah. We'll meet at about 8:30pm in the Ansche Chesed sukkah for some schmoozing and noshing under the stars. The details are simple; No reservations are needed or will be taken, just show up (and please bring a friend!). It will be cancelled if there is rain (and there will be no rain date for this event). Since Thursday and Friday are holidays there will be no place to call or email to find out last minute details. Here is what you can do in "preparation" for this new and fun event; Bring a friend and (as the noshing is potluck) a box of cookies or other snack or a something non-alcoholic to drink to share with others. Please do remember that it must be kosher (and either dairy or pareve). Suggestions include a box of cookies, some seedless grapes, seltzer, a package of pre-washed baby carrots, something with chocolate etc etc. Bringing your favorite (shabbat friendly) board game may also be a nice idea. As all good things like this end eventually, the oneg will end at 10:45pm and everyone must be out of the building by 11:00pm. If you have any questions then contact Michael (212/678-7881 before 9:00pm) before 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 26.
