Interfaith Families are Welcome Here.

At Ansche Chesed, we welcome interfaith families, and we encourage you to make our community your spiritual home. We want to help you build homes rooted in Jewish tradition and values, while embracing your unique family, honoring your own background and experiences.

We hope to help you explore your own paths into Jewish community, religion, and culture. Some people might seek to become Jewish themselves. Others may seek Jewish enrichment as supportive family members. We will encourage you on whatever paths you travel.

The more you participate at Ansche Chesed, the more comfortable you will feel, and the more you will find that you belong here. Please take advantage of all our resources:

Celebrate Shabbat and holidays with us.
Mark life’s moments of joy and sorrow among a community that cares.
Learn with our rabbis, sing with our cantor, and lean on us for pastoral care.
Educate your children with us.
Ask your questions.
Pray with us.
Perform the acts of service to others that give our community its name: Ansche Chesed, “people of kindness.”
Make friends.
Make Ansche Chesed your spiritual home.
