Contact Us Congregation Ansche Chesed Congregation Ansche Chesed is located at 251 West 100th Street, on the corner of West End Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The office is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Fridays until 3:00 pm. We are easily reached by subway or bus: Subway #1,2, or 3 train to 96th Street, or #1 to 103rd Street. The #104 bus stops on Broadway at 99th Street (going uptown) and at 100th Street (going downtown). Parking garages are located on 100th Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues, and on West 97th Street between Broadway and West End Avenue.
