Breathe, Stretch and Sing with Cantor Natasha

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until Tue, June 9, 2020
Let yourself exhale the stress of the day, and inhale the healing power of song. Cantor Hirschhorn will guide the participants through a series of gentle body and voice warm up exercises to release tension, and improve and strengthen our breathing (always a good idea, but especially now!) We will then sing some familiar and new melodies to uplift our spirits and connect us to our tradition and our community.
Due to the constraints of Zoom, during the group singing parts, the participants will be asked to mute themselves, while hearing the leaders’ voice – so you don’t have to feel self conscious about singing in front of others!
Love of singing is required; no prior musical experience or knowledge of Hebrew is necessary.
