SUMMARY:Family Yoga Shacharit in the Sukkah
DESCRIPTION:Exhale and stretch during Family Yoga Shacharit with AC member + yoga teacher Ellen Braitman\, and children’s tefilah leader\, Leilah Rosen. Move\, breath and relax in our Sukkat Shal-ommm – our Sukkah of Peace. \nBring a yoga mat or towel\, and wear clothing you can move in.  \nRSVP here \nNote\, this will be in place of our regular children’s services. \nSince this program will fall on October 7th\, we will dedicate this Yoga Tefilah to the memory of Carmel Gat (z”l). Many of the released Israeli hostages\, especially the children\, mentioned that Carmel\, a yoga instructor\, was instrumental in comforting them during their captivity\, teaching them yoga and breathing exercises.
