DESCRIPTION:Working remotely? Retired? Stay-at-home parent? Taking a day off? \nPlease join Rabbi Yael Hammerman for a monthly lunch-and-learn gathering where we will read midrashim from across the centuries. \nMidrashim help us fill in the blanks in the Torah\, they add color to our black and white laws\, and they help us develop our own voice and approach to Jewish text. \nCome – it will be fun! (No Hebrew background necessary). \nLearn more and RSVP \nBring your lunch\, according to the AC Kashrut policy\, and we will provide cookies and drinks. \nPlease note\, the October session will be held in the rooftop Sukkah (weather permitting) with “Of A Certain Age” and lunch will be provided. Of A Certain Age will meet for lunch starting at 12pm\, joining the Lunch & Learn at 12:30pm\, and can keep schmoozing afterward until 2pm.
