“Can Judaism Be Saved? Its Future After Gaza” with Art Green
Join us for an introduction to Art Green's thoughts on Israel today - a place he lives nearly half of each year - and the dangers of its current government and policy not only for Israel's future, but for that of Judaism itself. This book and talk are nothing less than a call for a new organized resistance to the dominance of right wing and racist forces over our beloved Jewish heritage. Kabbalat Shabbat
Join us as we begin Shabbat with our traditional Kabbalat Shabbat and maariv service. Please join the Ansche Chesed clergy to reconnect with our community as well as find nourishment and inspiration in the music and words of our tradition.
Find out more »Graduation Shabbat: Celebratory Aliyah & Kiddush
Join us to celebrate all of our community's graduates -- from 8th grade, high school, college, grad school and beyond! During the Sanctuary service, graduates of any age/stage are invited to join us for a celebratory group aliyah to the Torah. We ask participants to arrive by 10:30am. After services, stick around for Kiddush! RSVP here to join the celebrations by participating in the aliyah or sponsoring kiddush.

All members in good standing are invited to join our Annual Membership Meeting to elect the slate of trustees and officers as recommended by the Nominating Committee. Click here to view the full Agenda. Please bring a dairy or pareve dessert to share! Food should be prepared per our kashrut policy. If you cannot attend the meeting but would like to vote, please fill out the Proxy Form and submit it by email to JAshley@anschechesed.org by noon the day of the meeting.
