The 1,700+ books generously donated by Ansche Chesed households during the last academic year for the PS 145 Bookshelf flew off the shelves. The students of PS 145 would love more books as the new school year begins! Please bring children’s books to the Ansche Chesed lobby on Sunday, September 14th, from 11 am to 1 pm. Join Minyan M'at for the annual Zoom teaching session in memory of our dear friend Alan Mintz, z”l. Alan was the Kekst Professor of Hebrew Literature at JTS and a longtime member of Ansche Chesed and Minyan M’at. This session commemorates Alan’s 8th yahrzeit. Back to School, new extracurriculars and... Rosh Hashanah?? Oh my! Let AC take one thing off your plate, and cook Shabbat dinner for you before the High Holidays.
