Kabbalat Shabbat: Shabbat In Harmony

Our Shabbat prayers convey multiple images of angelic choirs singing praises to God in sweet harmony – and we are encouraged to imitate such music making here on earth. On Friday November 19 we will do just that, supporting and elevating the voice of our community with the help of Shirei Chesed members and our talented team of Meshorerim – the same skilled singers who enhanced our prayers on Kol Nidre night. We hope that everyone will feel empowered and inspired to lift their voice with us in holy harmony, uv’nima kedosha.
Please join the Ansche Chesed clergy to reconnect with our community as well as find nourishment and inspiration in the music and words of our tradition.
As Covid recedes in the city, we are thrilled that Ansche Chesed can safely open our Sanctuary to ever increasing numbers of davveners. Please join us in person in the coming weeks and months.
