Yom HaZikaron Virtual Tour

Join us for a virtual tour to commemorate Yom HaZikaron (Israel’s Remembrance Day) — to connect you this year to Israel, and the lives of Israel’s fallen soldiers and victims of terror. We will visit Har Herzl, Israel’s national cemetery in Jerusalem; and we will be inspired by the tragic and poignant stories of Israelis who have lost their lives through the generations. The tour includes music, videos, photos, stories, live narration and Q & A with Israeli tour guide, Josh Hartuv.
Josh Hartuv was raised in Hamilton, Ontario and made aliyah in 2011. Through the Garin Tzabar aliyah program, he lived on Kibbutz Saad and volunteered to serve in the paratroopers for two years as a combat medic and lone soldier. He now lives in Tel Aviv with his wife Abi and one year old baby girl.
