Riverside Park Cleanup
Come out and enjoy a beautiful autumn day with other members of the AC community and help us take care of our park! Everyone welcome. Children under age 10 must be closely supervised. We will be working in an area near the synagogue. A wonderful opportunity to see friends and make new ones as we take care of this valuable part of our larger community. Volunteer at Trinity Place Shelter
The mission at Trinity is to help homeless lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ) youth and young adults to safely transition out of the shelter system and grow into independent, positive, and productive adults.

Refugee Shabbat: Shabbat Dinner
We join synagogues across America to focus our attention on the current refugee crisis through the commemoration of Refugee Shabbat. Our plans for this Shabbat will be multi-generational, including programming for those of Hebrew School age, adults, and families. Our programming includes Iraqi Refugee Ahmed Badr at Shabbat dinner, reading groups, arts, community service projects, and multi-faith programming.
